Returns & refunds

We want PactZ pieces to fit your rotation. Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Write to [email protected] with your order number. We send a prepaid label for contiguous U.S. addresses. Final-sale and underwear that has been worn cannot come back, for hygiene. A $6.99 return handling amount may be deducted. Outbound shipping you paid is not refunded unless we shipped the wrong size or a defective piece.

Damaged-on-arrival items: photograph the carton and the garment and email us within 7 days. We will replace or refund after we review.

Refunds post after we inspect the return, usually 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
