Shipping policy

Shipping

PactZ ships from the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $6.99. Orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free to the contiguous U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and territories use a quoted rate at checkout.

Most in-stock orders leave within 1–2 business days. Transit is typically 3–7 business days with the carrier we assign. You receive a tracking note from [email protected] when the label prints.

We cannot promise a carrier intercept. If a parcel returns because of a mistyped address, extra postage may be billed before we resend it. Email [email protected] as soon as you notice a mistake.

International checkout is not offered on this storefront.
